How do I get my money back?

To request your money back visit: www.scharbesttaste.co.uk and fill out your full name, email address, postal address and a short statement (min. 15 words) as to why you did not LIKE the taste of the product. You will also be required to choose between PayPal and BACS payment and must upload a picture of the original legible till receipt clearly showing the purchase of the promotional pack you wish to claim back the price of during the promotional period.

Who is this promotion applicable to?

The promotion is open to residents of the UK only. The claimant must be aged 18 or over.

How much can I claim for?

You can only claim for the price you paid for the product. The maximum refund value by product is:

How will I be refunded?

You can choose to be refunded via Paypal or BACs. You can choose either option on the claim form. Refunds will be processed within 28 days of your claim being validated.

How will I know if my claim has been successful?

You will receive an email to let you know whether your claim is valid within 7 days of your claim

When will it be too late to make a claim?

The promotional period runs from 28th April 2025 until 20th July 2025. Purchase is required between 28th April 2025 until 20th July 2025 and you have up until the 17th August 2025 to make a claim.

How many times can I claim?

Max. 3 claims per household and max refund value of £7.20. You can claim once for each participating product, of which there are 3 – Balance of Both, Foldable Flatbreads and Brioche BurgerBuns.

Can I claim for any other Schär product?

Sorry, no. This offer is only valid for the products listed. Any claim for other products in the Schär range will not be accepted.

Can I make 3 claims on one submission?

Unfortunately not. Please submit a different claim for each product. You can select the product you are claiming for from the drop down menu. Please give reasons as to why you did not like the taste of the particular product you are claiming for on that submission.
